CHALLENGE

KFH Chiswick is a real estate agency in West London and I was challenged with increasing their engagement and visibility in the community as well as creating a visual and online persona for the branch. I worked with the marketing department on campaigns, various photographers and created photography, video and graphic design content.

SOLUTION

My approach was to ensure KFH Chiswick integrated more and shared more from the local area as well as creating engaging posts and stories about their properties. I wanted the account to feel personal and human as opposed to corporate and commercially orientated. I created content for reels and stories from properties they were marketing, the local area and local functions such as restaurant openings and I ensured I used the various call to action features on Instagram to increase engagement. I commented, followed and engaged with the local and online community of Chiswick.

RESULTS

The results of my work was an increase in engagement of ≈ 5000% in three months and a steady 40% increase in followers monthly.

I had more than three solid leads for people looking to buy a property in the area, one successful lead of employment, exclusive invitations of openings of local restaurants and pubs and general engagement and comments through call to action on stories or in the comment section.

“In the short time that I worked with Sigrid, we saw a 5000% increase in engagement on the KFH Chiswick Instagram, and the followers more than doubled. This increased exposure helped to leverage the KFH brand overall and acted a source of inspiration for the many other KFH branch accounts. Sigrid delivered engaging content that accurately reflected the KFH brand, and was enthusiastic, dedicated and creative.”
