social media marketing
case study

KFH Chiswick was a real estate agency in West London and I was challenged with increasing their engagement and visibility in the community as well as creating a visual and online persona for the branch. I worked with the marketing department on campaigns, various photographers and created photography, video and graphic design content.

My approach was to ensure KFH Chiswick integrated more and shared more from the local area as well as creating engaging posts and stories about their properties. I wanted the account to feel personal and human as opposed to corporate and commercially orientated. I created content for reels and stories from properties they were marketing, the local area and local functions such as restaurant openings and I ensured I used the various call to action features on Instagram to increase engagement. I commented, followed and engaged with the local and online community of Chiswick.

The results of my work was an increase in engagement of ≈5000% in three months and a steady 40% increase in followers monthly.

I had more than three solid leads for people looking to buy a property in the area, one successful lead of employment, exclusive invitations of openings of local restaurants and pubs and general engagement and comments through call to action on stories or in the comment section.

"Sigrid has done an outstanding job with our Instagram profile. She has continued to deliver way above expectations and has been the company's go-to-person for anything social media related. Her work has continuously been brought up in management meetings as the example to strive for with the other 60 KFH branch Instagram accounts."
